About Becky

Hi, I'm Becky. As a counsellor I can offer you a safe space to talk freely, getting things off your chest in a confidential environment or a chance to explore your feelings or things that are on your mind. I don't offer advice but will guide you in becoming more self-aware, understanding your feelings and finding answers for yourself. I am offering sessions face to face or over zoom.

I qualified in 2018 and am a registered member of the BACP. I am experienced in helping clients with anxiety and depression, and those who have been bereaved. I have experience working with teenagers, working through their anxiety, coping with life and exploring any difficult or confusing feelings, and also working with victims of bullying and domestic abuse, being physical, emotional or sexual abuse.

I have specific experience and training working with bereavement, and those experiencing suicidal ideation. I have worked with Kelly's Heroes for 3 years now, with clients who have been bereaved by suicide.

I am very passionate about the work I do and helping my clients. I'm always looking to promote self care within to help someone to discover their self worth, improving confidence. Giving someone the space to become more self-aware helps to also clear the mind and help to figure out for themselves the way forward for them.

Qualifications

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Level 3 Btec Counselling Skills.

BACP registered.

How Sessions Work

I offer a free telephone consultation that will last 20-30 minutes to give you an opportunity to find out more about what I can offer as a counsellor and to answer any questions you have.

You can book a session over teams or face to face in my counselling room in Milton Keynes. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
